Scope of Services

Rhodes-Porter LLC provides an annual organizational license granting named-seat access to Rhodes-Porter’s proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, AI resources, and implementation guides. The license is delivered as one organizational subscription sized by named seats and industry-specific content packs, across public, private, and nonprofit client environments, including, but not limited to, businesses, member associations, workforce and economic development organizations, and nonprofit associations of any size.

Licensed organizations receive access for professional development to Rhodes-Porter’s documented methodologies, templates, an AI prompt library, worksheets, and decision frameworks, updated on an ongoing basis, delivered via digital platform access, advisory sessions, training, and orientation briefings.

Typical Outcomes

Licensed organizations gain standing internal access to Rhodes-Porter’s proprietary decision-making frameworks and templates, training sessions, reducing reliance on a single engagement and supporting consistent internal practice across a named team for professional development.

Optional Add-Ons

Additional service products may be added to this engagement under the same task order, where relevant to the Client’s program.

Period of Performance & Engagement Model

This is a 12-month organizational license term, renewed by an annual invoice — not an auto-renewing subscription.

Assumptions & Exclusions

• License is organizational, not individual — one license per organization, sized by named roles and industry pack(s) selected at signing.
• Additional seats and industry packs beyond the selected tier are available, flat-rate add-ons, not individually negotiated.
• This is a 12-month license term renewed by an annual invoice; it is not an auto-renewing subscription.

IP / License & Acceptance Terms

Proprietary frameworks and methodologies developed by Rhodes-Porter LLC and deployed in the course of this engagement remain the exclusive property of Rhodes-Porter LLC and are licensed to the Client for the specific engagement referenced by the applicable service contract number only. Client owns its data and the delivered work product for internal use.

Client has 10 business days to accept or reject each deliverable in writing against the stated acceptance criterion; silence constitutes acceptance unless superseded by the ordering agreement. Invoicing follows the milestone schedule set out in the task order.
