Scope of Services

Rhodes-Porter LLC collects and analyzes stakeholder, participant, program, customer, workforce, and supplier data to improve engagement, satisfaction, decision-making, and program outcomes, using Rhodes-Porter’s proprietary research instruments. Services also include development of evidence-based decision packages and comparative option analysis, delivered as advisory sessions, assessments, dashboards, executive briefings, or published research output, across public, private, and nonprofit client environments — including, but not limited to, government agencies and authorities, member/trade and business associations, workforce boards, and energy and utility sector clients.

Engagements typically include survey design and fielding, KPI dashboards, analytics reports, outcome evaluations, decision packages, policy and program option briefs, and recommendation matrices.

Typical Outcomes

Clients receive documented, source-cited findings — from a single research snapshot to a full program evaluation — sufficient to inform a decision, support funder reporting, and withstand audit review.

Assumptions & Exclusions

• Client provides timely access to relevant program data, participant/stakeholder contact lists, and reporting requirements.
• Published research output (Snapshot, Profile, and Subscription tiers) reserves the underlying research methodology as the exclusive property of Rhodes-Porter LLC; buyers license the finished output, not the underlying instrument.
• Program Evaluation-tier engagements are scoped and priced per task order; Snapshot, Profile, and Subscription tiers are priced per the published tiers.

IP / License & Acceptance Terms

Proprietary frameworks and methodologies developed by Rhodes-Porter LLC and deployed in the course of this engagement remain the exclusive property of Rhodes-Porter LLC and are licensed to the Client for the specific engagement referenced by the applicable service contract number only. Client owns its data and the delivered work product for internal use.

Client has 10 business days to accept or reject each deliverable in writing against the stated acceptance criterion; silence constitutes acceptance unless superseded by the ordering agreement. Invoicing follows the milestone schedule set out in the task order.
